This is a great and promising idea driven by an exceptional development team. Imagine the time and resources that can be saved and the challenges that can be solved.
Ok, for 2-cents: Don't understate the available competition. You seem to have formulated a clear USP so build on that instead. A quick google on "single cell manipulation" immediately gives a hit on this review on microfluid assays: https://pubs.rsc.org/en/content/articlelanding/2019/an/c8an01186a#!divAbstract, just as an example. not knowing the status of your technical development, I also worry that you underestimate the time for technical development, mainly outside the software scope. A question that arise immediately is how you plan to show reproducibility and stability of your assay when the whole idea is that each cell is unique? Also, what is the most interesting applications where you can show a clear benifit? There is no need to know this immediately and further development may show where market and techinical edge collide but it needs to be a part in your your strategy talks moving forward. And production and scale up, its needs to be adressed, even if your intitial strategy of course seem viable. Interesting project, best of luck.
