    The Beginning:

Two months ago, the three of us, Sara Jazera, Linn Andersson and Jenniefer Cedervall, started the upper secondary high school and we were thrown into the year of UF (Ung Företagsamhet). We decided to turn to students in need of homework assistance. Despite being below the age of 18, we could now use our own knowledge for something bigger than ourselves. We want to reach out to those in need of help with their studies, no matter their abilities and income. All though it doesn't end here. We want to help the student beyond just learning for something so short-term such as a test or essay. We've ourselves, been in plenty of situations where we've procrastinated our studies and forgot what we've learned right after an exam which is a problem that needs to be solved.

    The Concept:

Our company offers an informative homework assistance for students between the age of seven to fifteen for a much lower price then what is offered by our current competitors in this branch. In the combination of this, we use study techniques in order to increase the student's effectiveness in the process of studying, using two methods; the rehearsal method and the Pomodoro technique which are further explained down below.

We mainly teach the main subjects; Swedish, English, and mathematics which are the ones that the student is obligated to pass in school, in order to continue studying after 9th grade.

    The Location:

The tutoring takes place within Helsingborg and Landskrona. The teacher, along with her client chose the most appropriate location for the lecture. It could take place in the customer's home or in other places such as in a library.

This contribution is the best one out of all of them on this page hands down. Way more inspiring than any of them and these people know what they’re doing. Plugga for the win!!!!

Nice idea and mission. Is it possible to collaborate with the schools? If there is a demand of homework teaching, maybe the teachers are not good to educate the students? Have you asked the schools to use their facilities and use their resources and then you could save some costs, both for you as well for the students, if they are already at school. Good luck!

Great thing for a great sake! Make sure that you find a good way to diffrentiate and be carefull around setting a to low price for your teaching services. The low price can send out notions of being inproffessional.
