Boxed Fruits - Renewed life to fruits and vegetables

We are on a mission to help creating a better future for our planet and all things living. With a circular mindset we make more efficient use of the resources we have. We create sustainable, simple and innovative solutions to reduce the food waste.

Our first solution is aimed at helping actors along the food value chain, from primary production to the grocery stores, to get rid of their soon-to-be wasted fruits and vegetables. We refine it and create innovative frozen products that we offer to cafés.

Our approach is the following:

1 . We work with a wide range of actors along the value chain from whom we purchase soon-to-be wasted fruits and vegetables they can’t sell in their regular sales channels.

2 . In our production facilities outside Helsingborg we process the fruits and vegetables into frozen products. Our first products will be pellets made of frozen purée with 100 % pure fruit or vegetables. The rest products from the production are transformed into biofuel.

3 . Our frozen products are packaged into 100 % biodegradable packaging boxes ready to be delivered to our customers.
