What is the business model? Even if you are not profit-maximizing you have to pay for development and maintenance of the platform.

Very interesting idea! How will you differentiate yourself from more general trading apps like Tradera and Facebook marketplace? Have you considered letting everyone rent from you and provide "outdoor experiences as a service"?
