                  "Tinder for jobs", what a great title! I definitely like the idea that there is no discrimination in terms of race, age or gender. Futhermore, it's a time saving application in a normally complex hiring process. Not to be knowingly rejected by a company can reduce the frustration of the job seekers. Both the companies and job applicants can benefit from the "Employchain" application based on blockchain technology - this is the future!

                            Great idea. I believe that blockchain has a huge potential by adding value to the recruitment and job application process. To verify a student's study path with blockchain is unique and will give a lot of trust and time saving to companies and recruiters. As a former student I know how much time it takes to look for a good job. I wish this app had been available when I started to study.

                                good idea. Im not sure about other market but for Chinese, blockchain tech is overwhelming trend.  Lots of Chinese companies try develop it from years ago. From 2017,government publish relatd policies for it too. We believe it will also innovate HRM in the future. btw, I work for AI startup and know it is very tough to start a innovative business.Well begun is half done and good luck.

                                    It is a great idea which needs to come on the market faster!! Nowadays so much talent is wasted, just because there is still human bias in the recruitment process! This idea has the potential to change all of that, and do something beneficial for both, candidates and companies.

New, innovative and given the fact that people more and more use their mobile devices, I definitely see a market for it.                                                   In Germany, a graduate on average needs to make more than 70 applications in order to get three to four interviews and hopefully one final offer. It’s a grinding process, physically and mentally. EmployChain seems to be the liberation of the whole generation.

                                                    Building a scalable job platform based on AI and Distributed Ledger Technology is extremely cost effective and will generate high returns to its investors. The reason for this is because it creates much value to all users, both hiring companies and job applicants. The app/software allows for easy interaction, the AI does the all the work and learns while doing it and this saves time and money for companies since there are no middle men. This is a great idea and when you have a finished product both job applicants and companies will rush to use it.
