"Tinder for jobs", what a great title! I definitely like the idea that there is no discrimination in terms of race, age or gender. Futhermore, it's a time saving application in a normally complex hiring process. Not to be knowingly rejected by a company can reduce the frustration of the job seekers. Both the companies and job applicants can benefit from the "Employchain" application based on blockchain technology - this is the future!

Great idea. I believe that blockchain has a huge potential by adding value to the recruitment and job application process. To verify a student's study path with blockchain is unique and will give a lot of trust and time saving to companies and recruiters. As a former student I know how much time it takes to look for a good job. I wish this app had been available when I started to study.
good idea. Im not sure about other market but for Chinese, blockchain tech is overwhelming trend. Lots of Chinese companies try develop it from years ago. From 2017,government publish relatd policies for it too. It is a great idea which needs to come on the market faster!! Nowadays so much talent is wasted, just because there is still human bias in the recruitment process! This idea has the potential to change all of that, and do something beneficial for both, candidates and companies.
