LOMA aims to be an inspiring, accessible and innovative player in the food supply chain. We will have a close collaboration with local food producers and contribute to national food resilience and biodiversity.
To make locally grown and produced food more available to the market we provide physical store modules of 25 sqm with space for 500-600 unique, locally produced goods. The stores will be unmanned and digitized. The idea is that they run off-grid with solar energy and has a zero-waste approach regarding packaging and exposure of products.
Our customers are the small scale food producers who want to reach out with their products to a larger target group, scale up their business, increase profitability and work less with administration and logistics.
